We had a wonderful vacation and our accommodation contributed to this. The owner of the house Denis, who basically lives near the house, is always available if you have any questions. Nevertheless, you have absolute privacyDenis is extremely friendly and helpful. He tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible.The house is lovingly and modernly furnished. Nothing is missing. The pool and whirlpool are cleaned regularly. It is wonderful to enjoy your coffee in the sun in the morning.There is so much to do in the area. Everything can be reached within 30 minutes.A successful vacation!

Very nice home with all the necessary equipment.

Very nice home with all the necessary equipment. Pool and jacuzzi are great, home is spacious for a holiday home. Bathroom's and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Owner is friendly and helpful. Location of the house is great for exploring Istria as all the cities are within 30 minute drive. Only minor is that the garden lacks maintenance, lots of weed everywhere. It could do with some nice plants and flowers for example. Also great stay for our dogs, garden is completely fenced and, as the house is in the middle of nature, enough room to take them for walks. Be aware however that after 21.30 it is completely dark everywhere. We would recommend it.

Das Haus liegt ca.

Das Haus liegt ca. 3 min mit dem Auto von Zminj entfernt am Rand eines kleinen Waldstücks. Man hat dort seine absolute Ruhe, genau wie wir es wollten. Die Lage mittig in Istrien war für uns ebenfalls optimal, man hat in jede Richtung 30-40 min um Ausflugsziele zu erreichen und ist somit recht flexibel.Denis ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir brauchten 1-2 Mal seine Hilfe und er war in kürzester Zeit zur Stelle. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, die sanierten Bereiche sind modern eingerichtet. Denis ist stets bestrebt Dinge am Haus zu verbessern. Was man z. B. auf den Fotos nicht sieht, ist eine nachgerüstete Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Das Erdgeschoss ist zwar überraschend kühl, auch wenn es draußen heiß ist, aber zum Essen war die Klima schon angenehm. Genau wie das gesamte Haus waren der Pool und Whirlpool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zwei Mal die Woche kommt jemand zur Reinigung und Instandhaltung. Kurz zu meinen Vorrednern:- Pfannenwender, Knoblauchpresse etc. waren vorhanden- Salz, Pfeffer, weitere Gewürze, Öl vorhanden- ja die Autobahn in der Nähe kann man hören, uns hat es nicht gestört. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig, deutlich ruhiger als zuhause im Wohngebiet.Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es natürlich immer, z. B. könnten die Stühle auf der Terrasse bequemer sein. Aber das ist schon Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall empfehlen.
