Hotel A'mare

"We stayed at hotel A'mare twice and both times everything was good! The rooms were very clean and functional. The staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was huge and the terrace was lovely in the mornings. I liked the fact that it's a modern, yet traditional hotel - no bed runners (who needs them?), enough miniature shower and body gels, body lotion and even conditioner which nowadays are quite rare. The only thing I struggles with was the air con at night. You can regulate the temperature yourself but for some reason, during the first stay I struggled to find the right balance."

"Air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Room never got below 24 Celsius. It’s simple, has some basic pots, pans, etc., but we didn’t use the cooking top. Nice little patio area. Location is solid - it was quiet, very close to the bus station, grocery store (with self-service laundromat inside), only about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and maybe 20 to Old Town. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area, other than a McDonald’s."
Miramare Hotel Zadar

"The Hotel Miramare is a first class family hotel, suitable for a short stay or a longer vacation. Parking at the front of the hotel was always available. The beach is about 150m away, Zadar centre a 15-20 minute stroll or 5 minute drive. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard and every member of staff were courteous, polite, efficient and had a smile on their faces. The pool is not huge but big enough and we never struggled to get a sunbed. Daily breakfast was very good, a buffet of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, meats, cheeses, bread and cooked to order eggs whichever you choose. We didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant but the menu looked good and wasn’t overpriced. The hotel owner was invariably around in the restaurant, just to say hi, give a smile and a wink and to eat his own breakfast or meal. Highly recommended, would definitely return"

"Perfect spot for an overnight in Zadar. It’s a modern hotel with lovely rooms. A bit noisy at night but double glazed so ok. Delicious breakfast included, the staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"The hotel’s location is excellent. However, the noise level was a significant drawback. There was very loud noise coming from outside, continuing well past midnight. It appeared that parties or late-night gatherings were taking place nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but the team consistently exceeded our expectations with their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and family enjoyment. The baby pool was an absolute highlight for our little one and provided hours of fun in a safe and welcoming environment. We were also impressed by the playground, which was beautifully maintained and offered a fantastic space for children to play and explore. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional family-friendly experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding service, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"Really good location close to major attractions in the city. There was a huge party with thumping base going on in a square nearby and the hotels soundproofing was insanely good. You couldn't hear a thing. Super hot showers, nice little kitchenette, although make sure you don't have a large car because getting through the narrow area to the parking is a squeeze."

"Location was great in the middle of Zadar. Room was small and bathroom was smaller , but it was clean. Breakfast was very good. My room seemed to be able to hear everything in another room through the air duct …odd."
