About this property
Entire place
You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Our most remote cabin, nestled in the woods between two creeks, Teela Springs and Cold Spring Branch. Two bunk beds (double on the bottom and twin up top) provide lots of room for comfortable sleeping. Look out over the fire while cooking dinner on the propane stove with full kitchen amenities available. Relax on our rustic bench by the fire under the glow of solar lights. Read by lantern light on our comfy mattresses while charging your devices on our solar powered battery.
When you can't relax anymore, peddle right our of the cabin into our system of mountain bike trails or hike to waterfall and cliffs.
Bathhouse- We have a very nice bathhouse located not far from the cabin. It has two rooms, each with sink shower and toilet. You can lock the door behind, so you have privacy the room all to yourself. In the warmer months we have an outdoor shower and sink. You can access drinking water here.
Sauna/Cold Plunge- Enjoy a private creekside sauna and cold plunge tucked into the woods at Cold Spring Basecamp. Heat up in the sauna overlooking rhododendron and flowing water, then cool off in our refreshing plunge pool set right in the creek and fed by crisp mountain spring water.
Relax on the spacious deck, gather around the fire pit, and listen to the creek between rounds.
Hot. Cold. Relax. Repeat.
Parking- There is parking for 3 vehicles, but the parking is about 100 yards from the cabin, so be prepared for short walk to the cabin down two sets of stone stairs.
Firewood- is provided at the shed by the first two cabins. It is available for purchase.
Access- There will be additional access instructions provided upon booking the cabin and also a book of instructions and things to do provided inside the cabin.
Bedding- We provide mattresses, but you will need to bring you own bedding. A sleeping bag and pillow is perfect to stay comfy and cozy. A rustic charming outhouse is provided about 100 yards away from the cabin.
Sleep comfortably, ride conveniently, and relax completely!

Wanted to be in the woods camping with my two children their spouses and all of my grandchildren away from the hustle of everyday life and it did not disappoint we loved it all it is described as and more beautiful setting and gracious hosts we will be returning we have found our meeting place ❤️recommend
This quaint little cabin is pretty amazing. The cabin is just the perfect size, open view w/ roll down shades makes the most amazing stay for a camping experience. We loved everything about this place, to include the fire pit and string lights! We recommend bringing flashlights as well, as it does get dark due to the surrounding shade, the solar powered lights come on once it's dark, you will need to see before dusk.
Amazing experience. We camped in the cabin during a thunderstorm and stayed completely dry. Loved having kitchen supplies available to prevent from packing. After dark - the lighting and campsite a vibe. This place is so serene and the perfect place to disconnect. Keep your food sealed and stored in hard containers to keep critters out!

The following were issues that should have been addressed before arriving by host:Only one lantern in the cabin which lasted about an hourSwitch for indoor string lights brokenAbout 1/2 spoonful of dishwashing detergent No trash cans by outhouseBattery pack states in the description missingAsked the host about kayaking and he responded with name of lake that is privateOver all the location is beautiful but things that should have worked did not. I would not recommend staying here.
