「The location of this property is perfect. The beach is right in front and takes 30 seconds to walk there. Beautiful swimming and snorkeling with food and drinks at the beach available. Very roomy sccommodations with everything you need」

「Great location. Cut through the park and you're on the beach. Two stores (one with fresh produce) a very short walk away. A taqueria across the street. My only complaint would be the traffic noise but there's nothing to be done about that. At night, the waves muffle the road noise. Great little pool to cool down after a beach day. And, who doesn't love to shower outside. We'll be back!!」

The internet was reliable for our Zoom meetings and other work needs, and the place is perfectly situated in pristine San Agustinillo between fun nightlife and restaurants in Mazunte and Zipolite. I couldn't recommend it more. 」
