The Ostseetrio 04 vacation rental is situated in a beautiful, central location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation between the Baltic Sea, the boardwalk, and the local community. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the train station are within easy reach, allowing you to conveniently plan both spontaneous days at the beach and excursions across the island. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are also conveniently nearby, making the location particularly attractive for guests who value comfort and easy access.

The approximately 53-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Building 1 and features a modern, harmonious design with a well-thought-out floor plan. The bright living and dining area welcomes you with a cozy atmosphere, tasteful decor, and attractive furniture. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment and allows you to stream Amazon Prime and Netflix using your own account. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and, together with the cozy design, create a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.

The modern kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with all essential appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. At the adjacent dining table, you can enjoy breakfast, shared meals, or a cozy evening in a pleasant atmosphere. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony, which, with its sunny orientation, offers ideal conditions for relaxing outdoors. Whether it’s morning coffee, a break in the sun, or a glass of wine in the evening—here you can enjoy your vacation in peace.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, slightly raised double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and, with its large closet, blackout curtains, and mosquito screens, it provides the perfect setting for restful nights. High-quality materials and a serene design underscore the cozy character of the vacation apartment.

The modern bathroom features a window, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rack, combining functionality with stylish comfort. To ensure a worry-free start to your vacation, all the essentials are provided. All beds are made upon arrival, and plenty of towels are provided so you can start your stay relaxed.
To ensure a restful stay in a quiet setting, we welcome only 1–2 adult guests—the accommodations are not suitable for children.

A parking space right next to the house and a lockable bike storage room are also included, making the vacation rental particularly attractive for active guests.
