Holiday Home 'Börnsteen' with Private Terrace, Own Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Zingst, this 97 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and provides ample storage for clothing and luggage. The bathroom features a spacious shower and a towel warmer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary utensils. In the dining area, 6 people can sit comfortably at a large table. The cosy living area offers a smart TV, radio, and CD/MP3 player. Additional amenities include private Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a baby cot with mattress, a high chair, and self check-in.



The house is non-smoking, and the ground floor is barrier-free. Enjoy the 30 m² uncovered terrace with a sunshade and access to the garden, as well as a 65 m² roof terrace. The 400 m² garden is equipped with garden furniture for 6 people.



Situated in a private cul-de-sac without through traffic, the house is quiet and secluded, yet within walking distance of the sea and the town centre. A shared parking space is available in the carport at the house. The Baltic Sea is only 200 m away, the Bodden is 800 m away, and the centre of Zingst with year-round cultural events is 600 m away.
