We booked this as close to main station and Munich old town but it was quite run down. Very cramped room. Generally not very welcoming. Didn’t think it represented value for money given some of the other places we stayed on this trip

Problem checking in and out No one to check us out as we had a very early flight home and auto check out wasn’t working so had to leave room cards inside the door No tea or coffee despite there being tea and coffee making facilities No milk etc Room clean and staff friendly and good location in terms of city sights

Relatively close to Munich's "Old Town," this is a pleasant, moderately priced and clean hotel. The staff is accommodating. The bathroom is clean but small. The rooms need usb outlets for charging devices. On the whole, we would stay there again for a night or two.
