"Location! River!! Peaceful and fire pit was great. It is not maintained or cleaned properly at all for new guest arrival and no propane for grill/hot tub dirty/house dusty with many cob webs and spiders/dishwasher was gross. really cool possibilities and just needs better managed. Some form of property logistics/welcome book or.....anything would be proper."

"The area is wonderful and the outside area around the house is private and cozy. The house is small and cozy. We were comfortable. The house had been shut.up for a while. It was musty, lots of spiders. Water was light brown. We were unable to.use the hot tub because it was dirty."

"My husband and I stayed at the property for 2 days and nights to rest and relax. The house is perfect! We enjoyed sitting by the water and listening to the sounds of nature. We used the hot tub both nights and had a gorgeous view of the night sky. It was everything we were looking for and more!"

"This was hands down the cleanest property I have stayed at to date for any app I have used. This was also the most accurate listing! This place is a MUST! The bathroom is straight out of a catalog, and the rest of the place gives you rustic instagramable outlook post vibes to die for. The bed is SO comfortable and warm. Waking up to view the first out the windows and listening to the river was awesome. We went and got a coffee up the road, and lit a fire outside as it was warm and sunny. Absolutely perfect. "
