「The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating.」

「This is more of a business hotel, meaning they cater to mainly men on business. There are two hotels with the same name a few metres apart so I went to the wrong one initially. Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby).」

「When I have stayed in Zhengzhou, I always used the Holiday Inn Zhengzhou. But This time could not use it. 」

「窓から外を眺めてみたら、目の前には改装工事？の資材やら機材が放置され、窓はいつ掃除したのか汚れ放題。 部屋の中は綺麗な方だったのに残念でした。 朝ごはんも隣の建物まで行かないとダメな事。食べ終わった皿はこちらが別なものを食べてようが御構い無しに下げていく。 座席の１割も居なかったんだから、ゆっくりさせて欲しかった。」
