The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The staff is friendly and the hotel environment is beautiful and like a garden. The hotel's service facilities need to be improved.

The services are very good, but the hotel's hardware facilities need to be improved. For example, the rain water easily flows to the side of the toilet, and the washbasin does not drain smoothly!

Très bon séjour - bon accueil

je suis passé à Zhengzhou quelques jours durant mon voyage en Chine afin d'aller visiter le temple de Shaolin. Cet hôtel est très bien. Moderne, propre, petit déjeuner varié, pas très loin de 2 stations de Métro， mais surtout le personnel est accueillant et m'a bien aidé sur quelques demandes que j'ai eu concernant l’organisation de mon séjour. Un grand merci à eux ! :)

The breakfast buffet was very good! Many options - including traditional Chinese breakfast foods and pastries. I really had hoped that they would have a small area of convenience items to purchase - apart from the vending machines. The WiFi was not strong enough to pull up any websites well.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a nice experience. Communication in English was a challenge but reception staff were able to communicate in basic English and they did try their best to make my stay comfortable. Hotel staff were warm and friendly, kudos to Mr Gu and Dolly. Breakfast was a buffet type and both continental and local Chinese foods served. I would recommend it !

I was very pleased with this hotel and have no complaints. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was the best, which is my reason for a five star review. I felt very welcomed and attended to. The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. This hotel will be my first choice when I return to Zhengzhou. If anyone complains about this hotel then they are simply to picky.

First three nights we were told that There is NO Air Conditioner. Then we met the Floor Manager Ms.Nancy Liu who shfted to another romm where AC was working and it had a great view too!!!

Small but ok

Room is small. Bathroom is hazardous. Paper holder is sharp metal which cut my butt. Your fingers will be jammed on door, guarantee, despite a warning sign they put on the door.

Nice and clean hotel.

Stayed there for one night. It is a nice and clean place. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The non-smoking room is truly no-smoking, unlike many other hotels in China when non-smoking rooms smell like a smoking room. The breakfast is decent. Hotel staff is friendly. They helped me get a cab when getting a ride is hard sometimes.

Clean, comfortable, friendly

We had a great stay: friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, and a decent breakfast buffet. Check out the park a hundred meters away down the road, it's a beautifully landscaped place full of weird and wonderful things. Will definitely be back!
