"Great hotel. Clean and goòd staff. Old furniture needs updating. Locatiin is not so bad u can find fast food in a walking distance. Great breakfast.wow. value for money is excellent. Note they speak average english which is hard to find in zhengzhou."

"We were warmly greeted at check-in and offered a complimentary room upgrade. Alice and Rita spoke excellent English and were helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a very nice view of the city and was elegant, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were very well sound-proofed. The hotel manager, a very pleasant Frenchman, greeted us at breakfast (which was excellent!) and came to say good-bye as we were checking out. I can't imagine a more professional and helpful staff."

"We have stayed for 2 nights during a trip back to China. This is a nice hotel with great location. It's next door is a shopping center with restaurants, Starbucks and an outside BBQ & bear garden. The room is big enough for 2 people, bathroom is clean and spacious. The only thing I noticed that lights in corridor and lift area are not bright enough. Overall it is a good place to stay. "

When the tour that I had booked failed to arrive, the concierge immediately arranged a new tour that mirrored the one that I had booked in the same day.
