The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations. "Fantastic stay with absolutely excellent staff and customer service! When the tour that I had booked failed to arrive, the concierge immediately arranged a new tour that mirrored the one that I had booked in the same day. Additionally, they upgraded my room for free when I expressed some concerns and then also arranged another tour to the Hunan Museum. Their customer service is impeccable and the hotel provided a wonderful experience that I highly recommend! Excellent and exceeded my expectations! A special thanks to this wonderful group of staff members! "
