The room is very clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel has no elevator and the stairs are quite steep. Large luggage can be a challenge. Breakfast is wonderful and fresh. Overall, the hotel is wonderful for traveler on a budget.

The hotel was very rustic but clean and it was right in the heart of Zermatt. We arrived before check in but the staff checked us into our room anyway. I loved every bit of our stay.

Positives, it is right on Main street, great location. Room was clean but small…. No elevator so be prepared to haul up luggage possibly 4 floors. No on site staff other than cleaning staff, just a phone to call for any needs.

Absolutely adored this little hotel. Right on the Main Street and it had a lovely atmosphere. Small and functional room with a communal balcony. Perfect for our one night stay. Decent breakfast in the morning too
