In the peaceful Dalmatian village of Smoković, near Zemunik, lies Villa Olive Grove, ideal for anyone who wants to escape from everyday life and enjoy the charms of nature, but also for those looking for an active vacation. Here, cycling trails, hiking tours and even diving are within easy reach.
This modernly built villa, completed in 2021, offers 350 m² of comfortable interior space, while the entire property extends to 10,000 m², including 250 olive trees – enough space for children to play and adults to relax. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and consists of 5 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The bed arrangement includes 4 single beds (90x200) and 3 double beds of different sizes (200x200, 180x200 and 160x200). One bathroom has a bathtub, while the others are equipped with shower cabins. The single beds can be joined together if necessary.
The comfortable living room offers a corner sofa, a TV and a coffee table for relaxation, while the kitchen contains all the necessary appliances for preparing meals. The dining room has a large table with 10 seats, ideal for shared dinners.
On the terrace there is a private pool of 55 m² and 1.6 m deep, with sun loungers and a music system that creates the perfect atmosphere. An outdoor wood and gas barbecue provides the opportunity to prepare meals outdoors.
Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine and dryer, iron, baby cot and high chair, as well as two separate toilets. For those looking for activities, the villa offers a grass football field, table tennis, trampoline, children's playground, swings, basketball, PlayStation and equipment for badminton and children's tennis.
Zemunik and the surrounding villages are known for their authentic offer of local products, rich history and rural tourism. Warm hosts will be happy to introduce you to local delicacies and natural specialties. Don't miss a visit to Zadar, a city that preserves its history through UNESCO city walls, known for its sea organ, the light installation Greeting to the Sun, and its sporting tradition.
