The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

"Das Appartement liegt nicht nur in der Nähe eines Golfplatzes, sondern mitten in einem Industriegebiet. Der beworbene Bergblick endet zuerst einmal in den Hinterhöfen von Industrieanlagen. Sauberkeit und Hygiene ist katastrophal. Einrichtungsgegenstände teilweise beschädigt, Elektrogeräte teilweise ohne Funktion. Vermieter reagiert überhaupt nicht auf Reklamation."

"The apartment was quite large and we had plenty of space, there were 2 of us, but the place can hold up to 6-8 probably. It was quiet at night, and had a view of the mountains, and was only a 5 minute walk to the closest ski lifts (which you could see from the kitchen). There were supermarkets walking distance too although they seemed to close quite early. Definitely a good location for a group of skiers, the place was comfortable, warm, & kitchen well equipped. "Absolute fantastic appartment. Plenty space and very nicely located in walking distance for restaurants, bakery, bars and ski lifts. Land lord also extremely welcoming and informative on various practicalities. "
