"Very clean and cute. Too small for a large dog like ours. The patio area was much needed for him. The neighborhood is terrible. It’s not a safe area and it’s full of trash and broken glass and strange men hanging around. The place is fine but the neighborhood isn’t."

"The room is an a convenient location but not well kept. Most of the light bulbs were missing, the bathroom door doesnt shut, much less lock, ths walls are paper thin and you can hear every neighbor painfully clearly. All in all, its 4 walls and a roof. But not much else."

"Clean and modern studio apartment. Easy parking and access. Quiet pool that we enjoyed several nights. Convenient to all areas of Raleigh. My daughter danced at Carolina Ballet and commute was quite close. Would stay again!"
