I’ve had better and more substantial breakfast options at 3 and 4 star hotels. The bed was very soft which is common in Scandinavia. That can be good for some people and bad for others. "The mansion is nice but getting outdated. The spa was disappointing, several of the sauna were not on and bathing suits are required. The gym is very small and poorly ventilated, windows open is the technique. There is only one restaurant with limited choices and there is nothing to do in the area. "

"Good location short walk into city, quiet, great choice for breakfast. We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations"
