We like it here. Clean, quiet, friendly and professional staff. Pool was decent size enough for my kids to play and enjoy. Some items could use TLC but overall comfortable, I could come back with my family.

Hotel is safe, breakfast is the same everyday. Bad experience was 4 staying in the same room only got 2 or 3 shower towels and 2 hair shampoo and 2 water bottles. The Great part was went to front desk, I ask for additional items and did get them.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness can be way better but it wasnt terrible. The A/C definitely can be better... the room i was in the AC didnt work very well i was switched to another room and it worked ok..lastly the toilet seats were loose and broken in both rooms. Maintenance definitely needs to step it up. Other than that the breakfast was always delicious and warm.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was clean and updated. It is just outside the perimeter of the city so it is away from the hustle and bustle of Zamora proper. But if you have to go to downtown expect perhaps a 20-minute commute to everything. There was plenty of parking and they do have a pool that was usable. They do have 24-hour coffee maker machine which was a godsend. Breakfast consisted of real eggs, chilaquiles, orange juice and a variety of fruits. Overall, this place was a great place for my needs. It was quiet. We never felt insecure and they appeared to have some security on site. Probably the only negative was that they did not have a lock box in the room. However, I didn't ask for one so maybe they had some at the front. Nearby there is a gas station and a hamburger place called Garfield's which was perfect for a quick eat. That location also has an ATM for pesos. This place turn out to be fine for my needs.
