The attic does not have a balcony exit.
In the completely fenced yard of the villa, there is a beautiful swimming pool with an interesting fish shape, size 45 m2 and depth 1.5 m and a part of the pool for children with a depth of 40 cm, and an outdoor shower. There are also 5 deckchairs around the pool where you can relax in the summer sun. In the courtyard of the villa there is also an outdoor grill and a summer kitchen, from where you have unhindered and direct access to all the facilities on the ground floor. The outdoor grill is complemented by a large table for 12 people. In the basement there is also a Dalmatian tavern with a large table for 12 people.
There are 5 parking spaces available outside the courtyard of the villa. If you are a boating enthusiast and you come with your own boat, you also have a solid mooring for a boat up to 12 m long and 6 m wide, with a 1.5 m draft.
