The building is one of Zadar’s three architectural pre war dwellings that survived on the Riva over a century. You will feel the history that was a part of this city in the walls. The apartment building was once a hotel and favorite retreat of Alfred Hitchcock who was inspired by the impressive elliptical staircase of this marble palace and Zadar's majestic sunset.
