The upper floor mirrors this layout with two apartments, each apartment featuring a living/dining room of 20 square meters with kitchen corner and satellite TV with flat screen, air conditioning, and terrace access, one room with a french bed of 160 cm width and 200 cm length, an open kitchen with 4 hot plates, microwave, and electric coffee machine, and 2 showers with WC.
