Search Palaces in Zaandam

"Arriving at the hotel was a bit of a shock as we inadvertently arrived during the festivities of the dam to dam race. Thousands of revellers!! Our Uber driver could not approach closer than 400m, and we couldn't find the place. Rather than a monument of a building, it is a small boutique hotel and with no good GPS, we wandered around for a good 90 minutes looking for it. "The room is nice , I love the ambiance. However there were bed bugs and we left with marks on our skin. I was asked about my stay, and told the guy at the reception that there were bed bugs. He didn’t apologise and only said thank you staying. The location is very loud too as there are clubs downstairs."

"Overall cleanness and staff communication can be improved, however this hotel/hostel is pretty useful for group or family at comfortable and affordable neighborhood. Air conditioning is good even in windowless rooms."

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "
