「The hotel room was spacious and clean. However the toileties needed refilling and the aircon didn't work. The hotel engineer advised that the air con for the entire floor had been disabled and instead the heating was still on, in June!
Breakfast was ok but if you want a coffee rather than pre-made instant coffee you have to pay extra which seems mean bearing in mind the price of the room. The pool and spa facilities looked clean and good but we didn't use them.」
