"This establishment has just opened in the town of Ugo. It is an exceptional, well-maintained place with an incredible team! Reno is an extraordinary host who took the time to explain every dish we ate... the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Japan. The region is fascinating—little-known but rich in culture! Don't hesitate to discover this hotel!"

"Great location super easy check in and check out great value for money"

"A great stay. Close to everything too. Would stay again."

"Onsen was nice and relaxing. Convenient to station."

"Perfectly clean room, very helpful staffs, and the wonderful view from the breakfast place. "

"I booked the hotel room at the last minute of Akita Kanto lantern festival without higher price. The room was very clean, hotel staff were helpful, and amenities were very good."

"Awesome place and super friendly staff. Great location!!"

"Beautiful space - elegant, simple, comfortable, best dinner I’ve had on this trip. "
