Quirky Yuma Guest House

Our guest house may be a little quirky, with a unique layout and features, but it is a comfortable place to stay and play and has all of the great features for a quick pit stop in Yuma or a longer stay for leisure or Mexico medical/dental trips. We've been investing in our home to make it better for you, and we're currently changing out windows and will shortly begin painting. We're about 1.5 miles to Interstate 8 and nearby to Algadones, the Imperial Dunes, and everything Yuma has to offer!

The house was very easy to find. Close to all our daily destinations. The house has plenty of space and privacy. It is in a very quiet area and close to places for walking. My family and i lo ed it here.

We’ve stayed before. Clint is always to easy to communicate with. Parking is great. We have a suburban and trailer it’s an easy place to park. We’d stay again

Clean Older Home

We stayed one night in this older home and were pleased with the host. The home is clean and has some updates to the house. There is a large room with a washer and dryer and also an office area that leads into the master bedroom. We will stay here again if in the area.Thank you for being a great host!

Loose lights

Everything was great, however, in the hall bedroom with the two twin beds the light over the bed rattled every time you moved in the bed. Not a lot of fun.

Two nice bedrooms, stocked kitchen, off street parking. We looked at staying in a hotel for the night and this was a much better option. It’s not Quirky at all !

Small but nice rooms in the place, comfortable bed, great laundry facility, and kitchen. Wifi and television was very nice to use and have access too. Owner and family was very enjoyable to work with and would do it again.

Great communication

We used this property as a place to stay for a few days while waiting for our house since we moved across the country. Our family (2 kids & 2 dogs) had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hauled a 16ft trailer and had plenty of space for parking that and our cars. Clint was super responsive and very kind. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Very convenient, quiet, clean, and secure.

This is a great little property. It has a nice office area between the master bedroom and the rest of the house for anyone that needs to work or just wants some privacy while surfing the web. I've stayed here twice and will do so again if my travels take me through Yuma in the future.
