The room and staff were excellent. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the pool and pool area. The garbage was never emptied our entire stay by the pool and after a small storm came through, the pool was very dirty. And there’s was no way to use the hot tub as it has no knob to turn it on

The hotel lobby and the hotel itself is under renovation. Our room has brand new furniture and bed. Glad that atleast theyre trying. However, I just dont understand how Quality inn pillows are not big and fluffy. We have stayed to 3 QI in a 5 day trip and they tend to have the same small almost flat pillows. The bed was comfortable and plenty of blankets. Breakfast was very good.

Pool area was dirty chairs inside the pool and also dirt. Jacuzzi didn't work. Machines in gym inoperatives, room was ok but in my opinion too pricey for what they offer.

They are renovating and our room was half done. The smell in the room was awful, I used body spray to try and mask it. The tv was difficult to operate and the sound on it was horrible. Breakfast was ok but the waffle maker was set too high and burnt my waffle. The coffee dispenser was out of order and the coffee in airpot was bad. Will not be back.

This was a nice, clean stay. The property is in the middle of renovations. The construction didn't bother me at all though. The workers were finishing up as I checked in, so it was a pretty quiet stay. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was cold. The breakfast buffet was typical to other hotels within this price range. The location is very close and convenient to the freeway. Thank you for the clean room.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and this time it was a very different environment! From the moment we walked in the change was noticeable, from the staff being more helpful and professional to the newly remodeled rooms, gym and pool area. Our stay was great, our room was beautiful, well kept, and comfortable, the pool area had been refurbished and the pool itself was clean and refreshing. A great place for our large family to hang out after a very hot day of dove hunting. We were all very satisfied with our time spent at the hotel and will be rescheduling our reservations, when the time comes, for next year.

Remodeling lobby. The TV remote is USELESS. Its the turquoise white called remote clean. This remote is useless with the tv and you cannot pan over to a different app. It only works with tv and you cannot scroll up or down like a normal remote.
