Location is great . 5 minutes from shopping or a Casino. Yogurt coffee oatmeal free at breakfast. Onetap laundry uses your credit card only. The personnel are very nice.

An apparently new facility. Nothing fancy, but very nice & clean. Ikea-type furnishings, but set up well for extended stays. However, advertised to include breakfast. Packaged hard boiled eggs and packaged sweet rolls do not constitute breakfast. So, had to go to a restaurant (at unanticipated expense) to have breakfast each day. Packaged rolls and eggs should be listed as "continental breakfast". Borders in false advertising

The staff was nice & the room was clean but unfortunately we skipped breakfast & we went to a cafe close by. There was nothing hot, they served coffee & yogurt cups. The building is close to interstate 8 & it woke us several times, neither of us had a good night sleep. We won’t go back there.

The staff were friendly and location was nice. Room was really clean, though there was a pair of someone’s socks left in the closet area, which meant that area wasn’t cleaned or they would have noticed and removed them. Happened to stay in the same room a second time and the socks were still there. Which means they don’t clean or wipe down the closet section.

The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not enough to make up for the lack of amenities. First and last time staying at an Extended Stay.
