A great hotel

Great Lake views with space room for the family of 4. The breakfast buffet was also excellent! The offered free bikes to cycle around the lake. They also have lots of entertainments for kids. It’s definitely a good resort for family vacation.

Due to the upcoming rain season, the water level was lower than the usual by the hotel which is a little disappointing. However, the breakfast team manager went extra miles to have a vegan dish for my guest. This is much appreciated.

Attentive, helpful staff, they reopened the restaurant when we arrived in the early afternoon so we could get a bite to eat. They could not have done more to take care of us. For English only speakers language is a minor challenge. Sending requests via What’s App so they can translate was helpful. Likewise using Google Translate or equivalent gets the job done. Excellent buffet breakfast, beautiful sunrise views from our room. Best shower in Taiwan.

Good location right on the lake and free bikes to use and the bike path is in front of the hotel. Our room has the lake view with a balcony, great view for sunset and sunrise. The room is spacious with a Japanese style sitting room that can be completely closed. The bathroom has an onsen style hot tub. The breakfast was average. Highly recommended
