本次住宿整體感覺良好

飯店附有專屬停車場，且服務人員態度很好！飯店走出去後就有小攤販，離超商也很進，非常方便～早餐的星空餐廳景觀不錯，有湖景！

外觀看起來是很不錯的，可是內部房間就還好，室內燈光真的太暗…非常可惜！早餐很普通，感覺以這個價位在平日應該可以住CP值更高的飯店！不過值得一提的是飯店內人員都非常客氣，很有禮貌喔！

Nice mid range option in Sun Moon Lake

The Einhan Resort was a nice option in the Sun Moon Lake area. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room had 2 very confortable king beds with extra pillows provided in the closet. We also had a tatami area where we could hang out and chat or listen to music. Overall, I would reccomend this resort as a mid range hotel with a comfortable room and nice views of the lake from the rooftop.

不會再入住

房間舊就算了，蓮蓬頭壞的，又有頭髮掉在廁所洗手檯上，一間飯店連基本的房間該整理的該檢查的都沒做到，還敢賣給客人住，而且價錢還不便宜，我們四個大人兩個小孩本來住在相鄰的兩間房結果因為蓮蓬頭壞了被迫另一間要改到別的樓層，只想換房了事，已經打壞我們出遊的興致，服務員也沒網路說的服務那麼好，不會再入住…

服務很棒！但清潔度抹滅了好的服務😞

前天入住映涵一看到外觀和房間內部很符合期待值，因為和網站上介紹的都一樣，服務人員態度真的都很好，超級親切，這是非常值得讚許的～～👍👍👍 而且一下樓就是老街，也有7-11、吃吃喝喝都很方便，吃完晚餐還可以去伊達邵碼頭散散步，地理位置非常舒適喔！ 不過還是很多美中不足的地方，洗手時看到洗手台殘留前一位住客使用盥洗用品留下的部分外包裝、準備洗澡時又看到浴缸旁有沒清乾淨的頭髮😖，想充電⋯可好久才找到插座孔，床頭櫃拉開才有插座，但都是灰塵，在和室的桌子吃東西有看到桌子表面縫裡有沒清乾淨的瓜子殼😞，這些真的都是無心看到的，清潔真的需要再更用心！！！畢竟住一晚要6千多，這樣的乾淨度，我們蠻失望的⋯ 有聽服務人員說訂房很滿，隔天早上吃早餐果然位置也都滿了，要到樓上宴會廳才有座位，因為餐點都在樓下，吃早餐只能上上下下很不方便！尤其帶著2個小小孩子更耗時😞⋯⋯
