You get an entire home with a private pool, sauna, jacuzzi, mini golf, Horse Shoes, and firepit.
Other things to note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of this home is monitored 24/7 by Home Security

Please remember that you are staying in the desert, there will be critters, dirt, dust, and bugs.

The pool attracts all sorts of critters and from time to time, they do fall in the pool. Please rest assured, we clean it weekly.

Use the pool at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.

NEVER leave pets or children unattended around the pool.

Pool heating must be given a 12-hour notice so we can properly heat it. There is a 250$ fee to heat the pool.

• Pets must be approved before booking
• $50/pet/day (NO EXCEPTIONS)
•Pet must NOT be left unattended in the HOME OR YARD ever
• Pets are NOT allowed on beds or on furniture at anytime
• Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100
• Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee
• FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee
• FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $100 cleaning fee

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. (quiet hours are VERY strict in JT)
• Do not disrespect Neighbors
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere INSIDE the property.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and NO unapproved visitors.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS
• Items left behind can NOT be picked up, they must be shipped to guest at guests cost.
• Use pool at your own risk. NO DIVING

• FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $300 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• FEES: $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
• FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5 days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion.
• Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation is non-refundable

**Please refrain from flushing any feminine products, baby wipes, etc in the toilet to avoid clogging. If we find that guests clogged the toilets with things they shouldn't be flushing, we will charge a Plumbing Service Fee **
