Blue Coyote Whole House

The Space:

If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay, look no further and stay at the Blue Coyote! We offer a spacious and fenced in backyard, central to the shopping center, restaurants, grocery store, and more. Approximately 4 min drive to the nearest park/playground, 10 min drive to town of Joshua Tree, 19min drive to Joshua Tree park. Please note FIREPLACE IN MAIN LIVING ROOM AND HOT TUB IS NOT IN SERVICE AT THIS TIME. We couldn't remove it from the photos.



This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that can accommodate up to 8 persons but better suited for 6 persons since there are only 3 beds. There are 2 couches that can be slept on if you wish but we don't have bedding for that.



Bedroom 1 - There’s a new queen sized bed with brand new covered mattress, night stand, table lamp, and plenty of closet space.



Bedroom 2 - There’s a new queen sized bed with brand new covered mattress, night stand, table lamp, TV, and plenty of closet space. This room has a wall that is shared with the casita.



Bedroom 3 - There’s a new king sized bed with brand new covered mattress, night stand, table lamp, TV, and plenty of closet space. This room has its own private bathroom, separate door to enter the back yard, and its own living room space. There’s a king size 18” tall air mattress available for use if additional sleeping arrangements are needed.



Bedroom 4/aka the Casita - There are 2 extra long twin beds in that room. It can be pushed together to create a king sized bed. Downside of pushing the beds together is that the mattresses tend to shift creating a small gap in the middle.



Casita has it's own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and patio area. The living room has a sofa bed. The linens for that are located in the casita closet. If you use it please let us know so that our cleaners can make sure to clean it after. Downside of using the sofa bed is that there will be minimal room to move around the living room with the bed out.



The home has lot's of lighting throughout with a spacious living room and dining room.



The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and we have all the basic cookware, plates, cups, utensils available for your use.



The home is on septic so we ask that guests do not abuse the toilets, put things down the drain that shouldn't be there, or take long showers.



We have Ring doorbell and security cameras on the perimeter of the house.



Guest Access:

The only areas off limit is the rear garage and casita bathroom closet where we store our supplies.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be onsite but will be available should you have any questions.
