Terrapin Oasis is a 1969 home designed with classic 70s furniture and modern finishes with plenty of spaces for lounging and entertaining friends. Property has a literal forest of Joshua Trees to explore, a pool to float in and a jacuzzi for stargazing! Minutes from the National Park entrance, downtown Joshua Tree, shopping, restaurants, Pioneertown and the world famous Pappy & Harriet's

**Wonderful for families and dog friendly**
You can work from this bright and vibrant mod space or vacation in style! The living spaces are designed to kick-back comfortably with friends and family. Listen to the curated vinyl record collection, watch your favorite movies, or play a variety of classic board and card games. High speed internet (400mbps) for all your streaming and WiFi needs.

✻Kitchen: Bright and inviting, this space contains all of the amenities you need. Well stocked with cookware and dishes, electric stove, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (we recommend taking your coffee on the patio!), toaster. Vintage bar cabinet in the dining room provides you with all the glassware you need to make signature groovy cocktails.

✻Living room: Get cozy in the main house in this room. A large couch and vintage egg chair provide plenty of seating.

✻Casita: This secret chill space, accessible from the back patio, provides the ultimate lounge vibe. Whether you are chilling out, or entertaining, this room is the jam. Beat the high score on the vintage pac-man table, play games, watch movies or just hang out. This room also has a futon and couch.

Lay your head to rest or kick back with a good book in the privacy of your own bedroom, or lounge and play games in the spacious casita. All bedrooms have TV's to log into your favorite Apps and channels. A maximum of 6 guests can fall asleep here comfortably:

A Grand Adventure at Terrapin Oasis for My 40th BDAY!

Well Let me tell you something... Terrapin Oasis is where you need to be if you are vacationing out in the desert of joshua tree or yucca and beyond. We had the most epic time frolicking around their wonderful space of a place. The backyard had everything you would need to relax including a hot tub (that was already heated) a pool that was really fun to cold plunge in and then run back to the tub. The house was spotless and was furnished beautifully. We loved digging through their record collection and playing some absolute gems. The beds were really comfortable and they even had a pack n play for my 3 month old which came in handy as our bassinet we brought wasn't doing the trick. baby slept almost 12 hours each night!!!!!! They had amazing recommendations for things to do and places to eat at. We especially loved The Tiny Pony for great cocktails and food!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!

Great location and communication!

We had such a great time! There was one slight on the first day we checked in. We’d received a notice on the door about the water being shut off due to a leak from the city. After a quick text Greg was on top of it! They obviously didn’t know about the notice. Especially for a Friday night he made sure we got everything fixed as water was crucial to anyone’s stay. He was very accommodating and checked in to make sure we were good. The house is beautiful and we felt so at home. And it’s just 15 minutes from the park! We’d definitely stay here again. 10/10.

We love your home! Mid-century decor is fabulous. Everything was just as described. Very comfortable house, in a quiet neighborhood. We spent the majority of our time sitting outside on the patio stargazing. Pac-Man was a lot of fun too.
