"I was surprised how new the building was. The room was nicely set up. Location is very convenient in town with all groceries and eateries. Very comfortable stay. "My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"また泊まりたいとは思いません。お部屋の洗浄度は良くて商店街から徒歩5分程度なので便利ですが、スタッフの態度が酷過ぎてこの評価にしました。 予約は4名、お布団4セットでお願いしていたのですが部屋に着いたら布団とタオルが2セットしかありませんでした。スタッフに連絡したらとんでもない態度されて、私の予約方法が間違っていたと怒鳴りつけられました。布団を欲しいなら1セットに対して3300円の追加料金が発生するなど、とにかく客としてこれほど失礼な喋り方されたのは初めてでした。 最終的にはそちらの予約受け取り内容に誤りがあったと謝罪をしてきて布団とタオルセットを2個持ってきてくれましたが、最初の対応時の態度があまりにも酷くてここにはもう泊まりたくないと思いました。"

"家族旅行で利用させて頂きました。写真よりも広々としており、洋風な内装で非現実的な時間を過ごせ家族全員感動しておりました。2泊3日でしたが、タオルも人数×日数分あり、お薬等も完備されており大変快適でした。所々修繕後？がありました。またカラスが大変多いため敷地内になってある、マンゴーやバナナを狙って朝から鳴き声が気になるところが残念でした、、また近くにはスーパーやコンビニ(車で10分)がない為、事前に買い溜めしている方が良いです。総合的には大変満足しており、機会があれば利用したいです！ありがとうございました！"
