若對舒適度要求不高，是個不錯的選擇，在彰化地區來說。

房間大小適中，但清潔可以更加強，尤其是浴室部分，很多接面處的邊條有霉斑，灰塵沒有完全清除的很乾淨。若要求度不高，只是睡一覺，以這個價格就還算不錯的選擇。

整體上是還可以，冷氣安靜、床舒適好睡、浴室維持的也很乾淨，唯一美中不足的是毛巾、浴巾看起來已經舊舊了，分不清楚是自然的灰色還是舊了的灰色，讓人不敢使用。

有免費下午茶，很貼心。早餐蔬食為主，還不錯。飯店乾淨、也滿新的，可以借腳踏車逛逛。 就是飯店位置在河堤邊，而且地下停車場的入口很窄，要停隔街的停車場，較不方便而已。

一出電梯就懷疑是否走錯樓層, 因為房號前面是5開頭, 但我是住6樓, 還特地走去電梯確認是6樓沒錯, 而且給的鑰匙跟房門是對應的也沒錯 才有點忐忑的走進房間，結果一進門發現除了雙人床, 床邊地上還多鋪了一張單人床墊, 猜想會不會是櫃臺給錯房間, 於是打房內電話到櫃臺詢問, 櫃臺問了訂房姓名和手機號碼後說要確認後回電, 等了大約五分鐘都沒打來, (因為怕是房間搞錯 東西都不敢動 冷氣也沒開 乾等) 覺得實在查太久了, 於是再打電話去詢問是否已查到, 櫃臺說 "可能"是以為要加床,(聽起來就是完全沒查詢確認過) 也沒有說要來處理, 是我們主動詢問可否來收走, 因為滿佔空間, 櫃臺人員才說等下會請人來收 因為不知道員工什麼時候會來, 在房裡站著乾等, 連想上廁所都先忍著, 結果大概五分鐘後還是沒出現, 就走到走廊陽臺等(完全沒空調超熱), 結果等了15分以上都沒出現, 真的覺得櫃臺處理態度很差勁, 再走回房間打電話給櫃臺詢問到底有沒有要來收, 已經等10幾分鐘了, 人員才回復因為他們人手不足, 會馬上來收 (語氣一點都沒有覺得抱歉, 好像人手不足是很我的錯) 這次才真的出現了, 兩個員工有說有笑的從電梯走出來...這種態度真的讓人不爽, 嘴裡說著不好意思, 然後態度讓人覺得很隨便, 問著另一個員工 "那我們要拿去哪", 兩個在顧客面前這樣討論, 員工教育訓練很需要加強 缺點: 飯店房間房號牌讓人混亂, 走道沒空調, 房間格局也窄, 員工態度不優, 整體看來完全不值2100元(還是特價後價格) 停車場距離旅館要走一段路(隨便的空地, 也都沒有管制或人員看守, 應該很多非住宿的人停) 大概只能停20台車 車位很少, 旅館旁的地下停車場櫃臺說只開放小車停, 休旅車要停第二停車場(就是空地) 如果不是嫌麻煩真的很想直接退房走人 之後完全不會考慮再來住!!

スポーツトーナメントの指定ホテルだったので選んだ。ロビーにはキャラクターの人形等が子供っぽかいと思ったが、気にならない程度。部屋は普通、バスルームはリノベーションしたのか？綺麗だった。６Fに１つだけ洗濯機があって込み合っていたが使えて良かった。朝食は普通、たぶんアスリートが沢山宿泊していたので頑張ってた方だと思うが炒飯が一度もなかったのは残念。ミニあんまん、ゴマ、クリームまん３種が私のお気に入りで毎朝沢山いただいた。アイスクリームも数種あった。 近隣に食べるところが見当たらなく、スタッフが親切にお店を教えてくれたが、どこにもたどり着けず、近くのマクドナルドやセブンイレブンで買って夕食を済ませた。１度だけタクシーで鼎泰豊に行けた。
