「The floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years. Beds were good and check-in was quick. I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.」

「My adult son and I had a wonderful stay while visiting family and touring the area. Kelly was great and quick to communicate and the house was easy to find and get into.The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful. It was great to have big comfy beds and TVs in each room and a nice living room, kitchen, and dining area」

「This home has been remodeled with meticulous attention to detail and all new, high end appliances and central heating / cooling. It is a beautiful space with a king bed in the main bedroom and smart TV's in both bedrooms. The bathrooms are gorgeous as well. There is an abundance of paper goods for kitchen and bathrooms as well as trash bags and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent etc. The yard is private and restricted to this unit. I found the description slightly confusing in its mention...

"早朝6時半発の飛行機のために宿泊しました。チェックイン時に空港シャトルを予約しましたが、4時発でいいかなと言うと早い方がいいと3時半に予約しました。シャトル自体は会社が目の前ですが周辺ホテルでピックアップして会社で混載されて空港に向かったので早めの方が確かに良かったです。空港自体も長蛇の列でサブの検査場に初めていきました。 ホテルは普通のラキンタインで、朝食は4時からです。夕食は左右にピザハットとボブエバンズがあり　徒歩で食べに来ていました。冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり便利でした。"
