"Loved this property! Beautiful views with the sounds of the sea crashing outside the room. When they noticed we spoke English they had an English speaking hostess checked us in and helped us reserve meals. For a night away from the kids, absolutely loved it."

"During the trip Kyushu, I stayed in two unmanned hotels. The communication with SG is perfect. I got the check in details via email several days before check in. "Very excellent service and management. This hotel is fabulous! The room was very luxurious and clean. Staffs were kind and responsive. I received the Expedia VIP upgrade and it was very well done. In addition to the luxurious room on the top floor (next to the gym and vending machine), I was given a complimentary ticket to a cafe located in the center (Hakata station). The employees there welcomed me and explained me the options. I chose coffee cake and those were very good. Location of the hotel is not on the main street, but nonetheless very close to the metros and easy to get to on foot by metro. Basically, it was the best service you could receive from a non-five-star hotel."
