Set back from the road our mobile home offers plenty of privacy, lovely outdoor spaces, a jukebox and horseshoes in the back to enjoy. You'll have large, private parking spaces able to accommodate any size boat or trailer. Enjoy a stroll around natural green spaces during the day and sit by the fire at night.

A queen bed with adjoining bathroom, full bed, and two twin beds make this mobile home a fabulous stay for groups. With 2 full bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. The whole house and yard is yours. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Located just 20 minutes from Rock Hill, SC and 45 minutes from Charlotte, NC, you'll have easy access to all of the area's events. Nearby you'll find boating and hiking at Lake Wylie and easy to reach state parks such as Crowder's Mountain and Kings Mountain. Near to cities, near to the mountains you are situated perfectly to enjoy your trip no matter your interests.

We'll provide bedsheets and towels and paper basics for you and have a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also be able to handle the unexpected with a washer and dryer on site. Pack easy and come to relax.

Entry to the property is by on-site lock box. You'll pick up and return your key here. We ask you for a few simple things to be done before you leave and have a guest book with all the details in the house for you. We may be able to accommodate early arrival and late departure; reach out in the app after you book your stay and we'll see what we can do.
