The fruit on the breakfast bar was old and should not have been out there. The ice maker on the ground floor wasn’t even working, very inconvenient location and didn’t seem to be addressed? Whole east coast in a awful heat wave/advisory! I’m handicapped and couldn’t get a handicap room with two beds.

Air conditioning was loud and ran constantly at a 70 degree setting. The "low" cool option button was visible but not functional, so the unit ran on "high" constantly. The air was very cold but the noise canceled out the volume of the television no matter what volume setting I tried.

The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The room smelled overly of cigarettes and the phone was non operational. I had terrible flushhing the toilet but the shower was warm and the water pressure was desirable. I found the breakfast to be back of variety but the provided options were tasteful. The location was easy to find and choose to many resources.

Non existent air conditioning, and no dial tone on the phone. AI/Human virtual assistance was not the greatest and it was not the employees fault. Ramada needs to go back to a live and human check in and not one on a device.

Breakfast selection was poor, waffles and cold cereal. At check-in was told there were no more first floor accessible rooms and tried to put us on second floor with no elevator. My wife is in a wheelchair. After insisting, desk clerk did find a first-floor room. Bathroom has just a small single single sink with no counter space for your toiletries. Should have higher toilets in a handicap bathroom. Shower did not drain well. Air conditioner was very noisy.

To start the lady at the front had an attitude when I was checking in. She told me my room was not ready upon arrival. I had to go back out in the car and wait for the room to be ready for my kids and I. When we finally got into the room there was no remote to the tv plus the toilet was not flushing. I walked back up to the front and was standing in line to speak to the lady about getting it fixed and she again had an attitude with me and told me I needed to lower my voice and I wasn’t even loud. The beds were uncomfortable. The only thing that was somewhat ok was the breakfast. But The customer service here was not good and will never stay here again. I do not recommend this place.

The breakfast was expired and stale. But worst of all the bathroom was not clean. Brownish yellow drips down the wall, black curly hairs on toilet and sink. A red substance was dripped down the side of the table. It was wet and smeared on some of our things. After one night we left. I booked the room for 3 nights and we only stayed one. Thank you for allowing our dog to stay with us, that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Please clean the place better.

We did not stay mofe than 15 minutes. We did not feel safe. Roim smelled bad, loud road noise. Clerk was unsympathetic to our needs. We were exhausted after an auto accident and urgent medical care. We were travelling through & had to pick a last minute property. We did not realize it did not have an elevator. My husband is a Viet Nam vet and uses a scooter. No main floor was available and would not offer refund. Do NOT stay here. Worst place we ever had a reservation. Felt taken advantage of & no empathy at all.

room was clean but terrible condition. Paint peeling above bed from obvious water damage; cigarette burn holes in the bed comforter. Hole in bathroom ceiling; fan in bathroom extremely noisy and the only way to use bathroom electric socket was to have noisy fan going; the corking around the bathtub was not clean. A/C worked fine but was very very noisy each time it turned on. Breakfast was ok but no tea bags or hot water. When I asked for a tea bag I was told that I could go the hotel next door to get one because they were the same owners.
