This is a large 4 bedroom , three story family style home. A former Inn called the "Sea Breeze"! There are plenty of couches and a futon, a great supplement for extra beds. The ground level changing stalls and spacious shower is wonderful after a long day in the sun! The 40 foot three season porch has comfortable seating and amazing view of the Nubble Light House as well as Boon Island. The house is located on a double lot, which provides an ample sized grassy yard for countless activities.

Short sands is less than 2 miles away.

Rules

cleaning fee $300.00 pet fee $100 $25.00 for additional pets with owners' approval.
Tenants are to put trash barrels out on Monday evening for Tuesday pick up. All trash must be bagged. Recycling goes out every other week.
Tenants indemnify and hold harmless the owner against any/all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises.

Great location! Perfect for family stay.

We loved this house! With some younger kids in tow, this location just can’t be beat. With a skip across the street to the ocean or the ability to grill out back and have kids entertained with available toys, we thoroughly enjoyed the full extent of this stay. Thank you, Jenn!

Perfect getaway

The location is perfect, the house has great layout especially for a family group with ages 3 to over 80. The hosts are wonderful! We can't wait until our next trip!

Great location rental

Plenty of room, parking and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Specious backyard and a lovely enclosed front porch for that great ocean view. We made some wonderful family memories there. Love it!

Perfect family beach house

A family vacay for the books!

We had a fabulous time at the beach house at york! Can’t beat the view and the proximity to the beach. It was very roomy and perfect for a larger group. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze. Loved the fire pit and the front porch! Thank you for a great stay.

Great stay . Great spot on the beach and the owners were very helpful and friendly.

House was large and well appointed. Hosts had everything we needed. Just bring beach towels, clothes and food. So easy. Plenty of parking. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great week and will definitely be back.

Great Location!

This is our second stay in this house. It is a great location directly across from long sands beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the ice cream shop. Ample sleeping area and listening to the ocean waves crash as you fall asleep is amazing. Will definitely try to rent again in the future. Owners are quick to respond to messages and questions.

Wonderful stay!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners were helpful, responsive and a delight. The house was everything we wanted, from the location to the great spaces inside the house for us to gather together or to have some alone time. The front porch is an absolute delight for the sunrise and the back porch for amazing sunsets. There were great toys for the kiddos to play on that kept them occupied for hours when we needed a break from the beach. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed. Just a fantastic time and already have our next trip booked!

Happy Place!

We were so happy to find this home to stay in for our family get away! This home was in the perfect location and had everything you need. The front porch is the gem of this house as it faces the ocean and the watching the sunrise every morning was amazing, we spent so much time on the porch just enjoying the view and each others company. Amazing home

Family Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at York Beach. The house was perfect-charming, clean, spacious, and full of useful things for a family stay i.e. cards and games, boogie boards, extra lawn chairs, a grill we could use, laundry, and plenty of lobster equipment! We appreciated that we could bring our dog. The porch is fantastic for relaxing-watching waves, cars, and people-and my sporty husband loved that their was a TV mounted right on the porch with all the necessary channels so he could be with the family but not miss the race : ) Everything was described 100% accurate and Jennifer and Paul were easy to communicate with and helpful. We hope to return next summer!
