Custom built “Accessible Home", Ocean views
- Enjoy the ocean views and a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. A 10-minute stroll takes you to Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. When you are not at the beach, you can use the grill and enjoy your time outside on the covered deck on the 3rd floor.
This home is accessible to each floor via a custom-built elevator. Other accessible features include larger oversized hallways/doorways and spacious bathrooms make it easy to get around.
To maximize the ocean views, this is an upside down house featuring a 1,400 sq. ft. open concept 3rd floor with the kitchen and living room and a 17 x 17 covered deck with a large weber grill. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, gas stove, granite counters, large island and walk in pantry and is stocked with all the essentials.
