The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "Very clean, very nice staff. Beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable for longer stays, but just a few days and they would be fine. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Overall a good 7 or 8 out of 10 hotel."
