"Good condition property, free onsite parking, superb helpful and welcoming staff, very good amenities, very fast internet, average sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, not much choice and varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but enough to fill up. Value for money hotel."

"Nice hotel/onsen in a beautiful location with a nice view of the valley below. I stayed in a single room so it was nice and cozy. I liked the bathhouse with views into the valley ... Very relaxing. My only issue was that the restaurant was reservation only... I was hoping to be able to order some a-la-carte dishes but this option was not available Breakfast was good ... So overall a nice relaxing stay"
