Hit or miss?

This is a brand new hotel with potential, however when we were booked there it was not client ready. Management was disorganized and inexperienced. Hotel breakfast was horrible, and there was no buffet as advertised until the morning we checked out. AC wasn't working at all. Room temp was 30-31C during our 5 night stay. Housekeeping never cleaned the room unless asked. There was no shampoo, shower gel or towels unless requested for multiple times daily. Saving grace is the lovely pool and sitting area. Spacious rooms with balconies are perfect for families. Once the hotel is up and running properly, it may be worth a re-visit.

Wahoo ! That's the first word which is coming in my minds. Konyak hotel is so wonderful !!! We booked for 2 nights but we extended immediatly for 3 more nights, without any doubt. First, we have been welcomed like VIP super stars by the manager, Alex. From outside, the building is beautiful, modern, so we had a very good impression. And we were right, inside it is so wonderful, the reception and the salon are exceptional, with precious wood and fabric armchairs. We felt so comfortable, so relaxed, like home. From the salon, you have a beautiful view on the swimming-pool and that's a big part of the peaceful environnement. The room is also incredible, with precious wood and carpet. The beds are also very comfortable. The breakfast room is at the 8th floor with an incredible view on the city and a glass floor on the swimming-pool...wahoo !!! This hotel is a very high standard one. For sure you will not be disappointed at all !!! So amazing experience !!!
