The reception staffs are very polite. But the hotel is old and have construction whole day form Morning to Night 23:00. They do not stop the construction even at the midnight. It has non-stop very loudly nosie, it made me headache and I totally cannot sleep. Finally, they have changed me to the neighborhood hotel stay. The hotel should not sell the room if they have construction.

I actually stayed at the sister hotel which is right next door, the Median Hotel. It was very easy to access. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great spot

Great location and super-friendly staff made this a great place for a quick visit to Yerevan. The room was compact and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever used but it all worked and the breakfast, served in the hotel nextdoor, was good. Would definitely stay again

Gentle personel, clean and silent room and you are in the centre of Yerevan. My only suggestion is to anticipate breakfast from 8am to 7am because the mayority of tours start very early in the morning. Recommended

Reception personnel was very effective and friendly, showed all necessary patience to inform us about touring possibilities and city visits. Vast breakfast room is very much appreciated, and breakfast very much abundant. We decided to book at Elysium because it’s located down town, really close to everything . Again in Yerevan, we’ll book at Elysium hôtel.

for me Elysium Gallery was a 5 star stay in Yerevan, the personnel was very friendly and helpfull. I got a clear, very comfortable room. Liked the hot shower, fridge and waterheater. The breakfast was copious and delicious. Right in the middle of Yerevan. I will certainly come back here next time.

Excellent location

Location was great- easy walk anywhere. Mr. E at reception is super customer service oriented. Others helpful also. Hotel is a tiny building in the middle of housing blocks which block noise from outside. Breakfast was good but could start 7.30 instead of 8 (they actually keep doors locked until 8). Hotel is a bit dark and needs an update. Air-con and bathroom fan are old. But bed was comfy.

From the minute we arrived the tall gentleman at the Elysium Hotel reception was smiling and super welcoming. He informed us that we will be staying in the other section of the hotel where they have the bigger rooms, as we were a party of 3. Even though we were there at almost 11 a.m. they held the breakfast Buffet for us, which was sooo nice. The ladies at the reception were so sweet, they made sure we had our room even though we were early. The Breakfast Buffet staff were amazing, especially this one lady who helped us with identifying some items on the table in English. And she was always smiling. The Breakfast buffet was excellent. They have everything from veggies, to eggs, sausages, deli, cheese, jams, and a fantastic array of cakes that change every day or so. This hotel is superb. The staff are amazing, and the location is perfect. It's a block away from the beautiful streets of Yerevan that resemble Europe. Loved loved loved my stay. I also got the VIP perks as I am an Expedia Gold member.

Baderzimmer war ein Witz...nicht mal eine richtige Duschkabine vorhanden gewesen (Gegenteil von VIP). Ganz schlechte akustische Dämmung im ganzen Hotel. Keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

Center of town, quiet, clean and great value

I had such a nice experience that I extended my stay busy one night. The location can't be beat, just a block from Northern Ave. My room was clean and tastefully decorated, even though it was small. As a solo traveler, it was just fine. Also I was very fond of the polite and helpful staff and even the cleaning lady. Sadly i didn't get to visit the bar. All in all, great value, great stay
