Stayed in the deluxe suite for two days and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, making it easy to relax after a day out. I would definitely book this suite again on a future visit. The free breakfast had a very good variety and quality. It was a great way to start each day. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and shops, and within a walking distance to major attractions like the Cascade and Vernissage Market. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Safe environment and conveniently located to many restaurants, shops and park. Breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend for sure!

Close to tourists interest points. Beautiful location. Clean and polite personnel. Area for improvement is that the breakfast starts and 8:30 which is very late. I recommend to serve breakfast around 7:00 or 7:30 not later.

Room was okay but very loud at all hours (partially because of the neighborhood) but access can be tough if you have large luggage as it only has a half-circle le spiral staircase. Most annoying is that staff was very put-offish and would not even attempt to accommodate any requests as other hotels typically do (such as luggage storage).
