「The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. You could hear bricks underneath the carpet when walking, again maybe just an age thing. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ?
