「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special.

"The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the 台鐵 Station and bus terminal, and the hotel building is visible from the station, so I'll not get lost. Upon entering the entrance, I was greeted with a smile by the information desk staff. The counter staff also spoke English and were very helpful. （My english is no good.)
They made my bed and restocked the mini-bar with drinks and snacks.
