Secluded 2 bedroom, living and sunroom w/ parking

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay that is less than an hour away from major attractions like Branson, the Buffalo & White River, Bull Shoals Lake, and Crooked Creek. The living space is the entire lower level of the primary home. 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 twin XL's), full bath and a sleeper sofa accommodate the family. Upper-level sunroom has kitchenet appliances and spacious parking. Fish feeding pond. Private shooting range available for separate rental as well.
The space
The space is located on the bottom level of the private home with an outside access and access from a spiral staircase to the upstairs level. The spiral staircase is covered from the upper level for privacy. The living room has a small refrigerator and a work desk with chair. The sofa is a sleeper, and the TV has internet connections. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located here for the guests. The host has his military awards and decorations on the walls as well as 3 glass curio cabinets with painted miniatures on display. The home Maintenance / cleaning room is accessed from this space but is behind a locked door. The dining area is located on the upper level in the sun-room patio that is fan cooled only. A full kitchenette with two burner gas grill, two burner hot plate, coffee pot, and microwave is available in the sun-room.
Guest access
Guests have access to all of the outside 80-acre property to include the pond area. The shooting ranges can only be used if they are rented and coordinated with the host prior to use. Guests can park anywhere near the home in the grass or along the cement circle drive. The 2nd structure, RV site and recreation room, is off limits unless coordinated with the host. There are 4 covered sites on the right of this structure that can be used for parking of vehicles or other recreation vehicles by guests.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home / living area or immediately around the property. Smoking 20 yards away from the house and 50 yards from the propane tank is allowed. Please do not throw butts on the ground.
