「部屋はとても清潔で内装もおしゃれ。レイトチェックインだったが手紙でとてもわかりやすくしてくださり、よかった。チェックアウトの時の受付の方の対応もよかった。毎週末利用したいぐらいだった。」

「Overall a very nice and clean property ….obviously at a hefty price. Check in experience was very poor as we arrived on Sunday just before 5pm and had no communications from reception about accessing our property keys….so it all started with uncertainty. Not a pleasant start. And then one of the main cooking gas stove burner wasn’t functional so also the light/plug systems in the master bedroom. No one expects a poorly maintained appliances to deal with when one books a luxury stay. 」

「The check in was fast and easy. Lovey lady in the office (Sue). The very big room was spotless. Decor was very nice and fit for purpose . Water views from the private balcony which had table and chairs. Large flat screen TV. Bathroom was big and bright. Good lighting throughout. Grounds were well kept and gardens well looked adter. Plenty of parking. No noise from other rooms. Great place to stay.」

「Our room did not look anything like the photos on their website. False advertising to get you in. NO ONE is ever at reception. There is a number to ring and you get someone with screaming children in the back ground who are very hard to understand. You have to go to the motel next door to check in and out, and that reception is only manned after 2pm. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor - it felt like we had paid money to stay in a dirty public toilet. We asked for two beds and they had...
