"We had an extremely disappointing experience at this property, despite its beautiful setting and comfortable rooms. I had prepaid for our stay through Hotels.com, yet upon arrival, the front desk charged me again for the full amount. What followed was a week-long ordeal trying to recover my money. It took two full days just to reach someone in their accounting department, and when I finally did, they initially claimed they hadn’t received any payment. Only after further insistence did they acknowledge the Hotels.com transaction. Over the past several days, I have had to call the hotel more than 15 times, each time getting vague or conflicting information, with no resolution. The lack of accountability and communication from management has been deeply frustrating and entirely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. It’s unfortunate because the property itself is stunning, and the rooms and food were excellent, but no level of comfort can make up for the disorganization, poor customer service, and financial mishandling I experienced here. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try. Did not try breakfast either. We could definitely have spent a few more days there. Thing to do!! Visit Manukyan winery, It is very interesting. 5 min away by taxi 🍷🙏"

"The overall hotel is very good with nice and polite staff. Yet, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. It would be good if the hotel itself reaches relevant websites, e.g. expedia, booking to resolve this. "

"Nice looking cottage in a Great location. Only bad part, the jacuzzi didn’t work. It was freezing outside perfect weather to get in hot water. "
